OMG! This has got to be the most delicious & easiest meal to make. 

Shrimp & Basmati Rice (previously cooked rice) fried in Extra Virgin Coconut Oil seasoned with Cajun Seasoning & a little Cayenne Pepper. Took less than 5 minutes from pan to plate. A must to try.
