This is a recipe I found years ago and altered a little. It always gets rave reviews.

Double blueberry muffins.

Ingredients
a stick of butter at room temp
1 cup and 1 tsp sugar. Seperated
2 eggs at room temp
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 and 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Sift flour, salt, baking powder together and set aside.
In another bowl mash 1/2 the blueberry and set aside
Cream butter and the cup of sugar together well. Add in eggs one at a time until well blended. Add vanilla. Add mashed berries then alternate adding flour and milk. Fold in remaining whole berries. Spoon into muffin
tins that are lined . In small bowl blend your tsp sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake in preheated
375 degree oven 20-25 minutes. Recipe makes 16-20 miffins
