CROCK POT MUSHROOM CHOPPED STEAK AND GRAVY OVER NOODLES

Crock Pot

add:

2 1/2 lbs Beef Cubed Steak

1 can Campbell’s Beef Consommé

1 can Campbell’s Beefy Mushroom

1 can water

Lea &Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

chopped onion

pepper

Let cook until beef is fork tender

add in your Cornstarch and water Slurry (2 tbsp of each mixed well in cup)

 

 

TTast

Taste and add more Lea & Perrinns if you need it

Boil Egg noodles on stove and drain

while hot add a tab of butter and toss then add

parmesan cheese

parsley flakes

salt and pepper

Toss

add noodles into crock pot and toss and turn off crock pot or turn to warm..

serve with mashed potatoes and peas.
