1 quart chicken stock

4 cups chopped onion

8 cups peeled fresh red tomatoes cut up

7 cups (12 medium) green peppers seeded and membranes cut out.. chopped

3 pounds ground chuck

2-3 cloves minced garlic

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Canning salt

2 tsp Black Pepper

Brown hamburger and onions with garlic. Drain off fat.

Bring all ingredients to boil in pot .. cook at high heat 20 minutes at a boil


Ladle into hot quart size  jars leaving 1 inch headspace. 90 minutes under 10b pressure

makes seven quarts.


Have jars steralized
