Antique Recipe using Maple Syrup.

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup all purpose flour (optional)

1/2 cup sweet milk (regular milk)

Butter the size of an egg

3 egg yolks

dash Nutmeg

Dash salt


Beat all together,

Beat your egg whites separately then fold into the mixture.

add to one crust of  uncooked pie shell at 375 for about an hour .. you can tell when it’s done

let it sit up completely, once room temp, place in fridge overnight then cut. SUPER RICH
