Apple Jelly

7 cups Apple Juice

9 cups granulated sugar

1 box sure jell fruit pectin

and you must use a tall stock pot with this recipe cause it will boil over in a dutch oven pot..

First add your apple juice and pectin to the sock pot

bring to full boil

add in your sugar

stir and bring to full rolling boil then set timer for 1 minute.

take off heat and skim off top if needed

Now you just ladle into your sterile jars, adjust lids and rings and process in rolling water bath for 5 minutes. Take out and let gel
