Tried and True! Went to what we call Truck Stop Mafia – it is a bunch of food truck that gather in a certain place for dinner. I had some shrimp from a truck called Big Shrimpn and it was so good I had to give it a try. So, I thought about the ingredients as I was eating to try and “master” the spices that I could taste. Well, I was successful the first time as it was savory, delightful, delectable, exquisite, and fit for a queen. 🙂

Best foods Mayo, Grill Mates BBQ seasoning, Bertolli extra light olive oil, Herdez Chippoties whole Mexican oragano lime forgot the garlic salt.

For the sauce
2 heaping tablespoon chilpoties Juice
1cup of mayo
BBQ seasoning 1/2 teaspoon
Mix the chipolie juice and mayo ½ teaspoon BBQ seasoning. Set aside in refrigerator covered

For the shrimp
1 lbs of shrimp pealed and deveined
1 half juice from a lime
1/2 teaspoon of Grill Mates BBQ seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoons Mexican oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.
Mix spices oil lime juice with shrimp toss let sit 20 in fridge.
Pan Fry and you are done. You can serve hot or cold.
This recipe was just done with my eyes and I didn’t measure, but it’s close. Make it your own and more less or whatever you like. Next time I will add cilantro to the sauce and also doubling everything It was gone in 5 minutes.

Also, this would make great shrimp tacos with the sauce

* 20 minutes in the fridge
