This is what we had for dinner last night. It is easy tater tot casserole.

preheat oven to 400.

Spray 9×13 pan with Pam.

Layer bottom with tater tots.

Pour one large can of cream of mushroom soup over that.

Sprinkle 1 or 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese over that.

Sprinkle 1 lb cooked ground beef over that. Top with another layer of tater tots.

You can put more cheese on the top if you like, but I like crispy tater tots so I don’t.

Bake at 400 for 45 minutes. Even my picky kids liked it!!!
