SERENA’S TANGY BRUSCHETTA
2 ripe red tomatoes
2 garlic cloves minced
4  tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice
shake of pepper
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp of shredded parmesan cheese
Put Bruschetta over slice of Italian or French Bread ,  if desire add some of the Bruschetta to your Penne, it is usually left out of the dish so each individual can add as much or as little as they desire to bread or Pasta
