I made the best turkey burger yesterday.
Formed ground turkey into a pattie, heated grape seed oil in skillet, sliced up a clove of raw garlic and added to oil, and let simmer. Sprinkled Mrs. Dash’s Garlic & Herb on one side of burger, on the other side sprinkled Cayenne pepper, then set the burger on top of the garlic & oil. Cooked on both sides, added slice of cheese until melted, & put on bun. Delicious!!!
