STRAWBERRIES IN THE SNOW
1 or 2 large angel food cake
2 cans fruit pie filling
1 1/4 cup confectionary sugar
2 8oz Cool Whip Tubs
2 8oz. Cream Cheese
(recipe called for pie filling but Instead of pie filling use fresh strawberries and 2 pks strawberry Gel Filling)
Mix cool whip sugar and cream cheese together.
In sheet cake pan put layer of above mixture then slices of cake. Mixture again, then slices of cake, then mixture again.
Slice fresh pint of strawberries and 2 packs of strawberry gel in bowl and put on top.
Best when real cold
