use some really good burger meat like ground chuck

put in mixing bowl and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cajun seasoning

mix well..

form into patties and put into hot cast iron skillet that has been greased with bacon grease

fry till nice and brown

then turn down heat all the way to simmer and steam the insides juicy, by placing a metal bowl over top of your cast iron skillet..

once all burgers are done.

. put them all back in the skillet and cover with mozzarella cheese then steam again for a few minuets

take out and serve with your favorite burger toppings.. onion lettuce tomato mayo ect..
