1 small head cabbage

2 cups chopped celery

2 cups green beans

2 cups bean sprouts

1 lg can tomato juice

5 pkgs low calorie sweetener (I use less)

1/2 cup chopped onions or flakes

3 beef bullion cubes

pressure cook everything but the beans and the sprouts for 10 minutes.  Then add beans and simmer.

  • Patricia Stover Yes, it is from the old cabbage soup diet; anytime you’re hungry, eat more soup!!! I’ve had this recipe for decades and a dr actually gave it to me in 2011. LOL
