Mom’s Mississippi Mud Cake*****

Frosting

1/2 c butter

6 tbsp milk

1/3 c cocoa

1 box confectioner sugar

Cake

1-cup butter

4 eggs

1 c coconut

2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cup flour

1/3 c cocoa

1 tsp vanilla

1 c walnuts

13 oz jar marshmallow cream

1 c walnuts

In large bowl with mixer at med-high speed beat butter until creamy ad eggs one at a time beat well after each one add

Cocoa sugar flour coconut vanilla and walnuts stir with large spoon until well mixed this is a heavy batter don’t beat spread batter in greased pan bake at 350 for 45 min as soon as cake is from oven put marshmallow cream over hot cake. pour over choc frosting

Mix all frosting ingredients except nuts blend together until smooth stir in half of nuts spread on top of cake sprinkle top with remaining nuts
