1 1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup milk
Mix all the dry ingredients. Add the milk, oil and egg until blended. Cook on a griddle or fry pan coated with non stick spray, medium heat. It is time to turn the pancake over when it has bubbles over the uncooked side. You may use as much batter as needed for the size pancake you like.
