Easy.. you just need salt and pepper, Pork Butt or Shoulder, a can of Root Beer  two garlic cloves, a small -medium onion and some of your favorite bbq sauce.. I like Original Sweet Baby Ray’s.

Oh and a Pressure Cooker.

Just Pour your rooter directly into the pressure cooker

throw in your pork

salt and pepper well

mince up two cloves of garlic

mince up your onion

throw it all into the pot and pressure cook on high for 35 minutes

open up when time is up and add in your favorite BBQ Sauce.. Pressure cook 10 to 15 more minutes and open up.. use fork to shred but should already be shredded. drain off fat and add in more bbq sauce mix in and serve on buns or rolls
