PORK CHOP CASSEROLE

1 – 6 oz. box Uncle Ben’s long grain and wild rice
2 cups boiling water
6 pork chops (boneless)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cream of chicken soup
In bottom of 13×9 inch pan, pour box of rice.
Sprinkle seasoning packet on top.
Cover with boiling water.
Arrange pork chops on top.
Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes (until water is gone).
Combine soup and milk. Pour over chops.
Bake additional 10 minutes.
