BEST Chicken Tenders
you’ll need skinless chicken breast, buttermilk, self rising flour and crisco oil.
Slice chicken into strips, put in something that has a lid – salt and pepper your chicken – cover it with buttermilk – stir it around – place lid on and refrigerate for several hours – after that drain the chicken in a colander – place the self rising flour in a bowl or plastic bag – coat chicken thoroughly. heat your Crisco – but don’t cover the chicken completely with oil – cook on medium heat, sprinkle paprika on and turn when it looks crispy and drain on paper towel when done. I didn’t have buttermilk so used milk with added vinegar + hot sauce + Worcestershire sauce..
