LEMON LIME CHEESECAKE
1 pkg lemon or lime jello
1 cup hot water
2 tbsp lemon juice
cool until almost jelled
1 pkg 8oz cream cheese
1tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
whip cheese vanilla and sugar together with jell mixture and let cool.
fold in 1 container cool whip
add small can drained crushed pineapple
mix all ingredients together
Crush 24 graham crackers for crust.
sprinkle a little melted butter and sugar on top and press into 9×13 loaf pan add in filling and sprinkle a little graham cracker on top let set .
