Judtih’s Mini Baked Pies

These are timely, but I had fun making them. I didn’t have a lg. cutter so I emptied out a lg can of tomato sauce and used it to cut the dough. Worked fine.

I got the idea from Serena…from her fried pie recipe, but used my pie crust recipe.

Some apple filled ,and some blackberry cobbler filling.

Pie Crust:

2c. King Arthur Flour,

1 tsp. sea salt,,

6 Tbls. cold butter

,1/4 c. crisco,and ice water,about 6-8 Tbls.

Chill for 20 min.wrapped in parchment paper.

With left over crust I roll it out and put cinn. and sugar on it and bake in strips.smile,

or freeze the left over.
