Hot Dog Sauce

So this is NOT the way I make my hot dog chili but this is a popular one around these parts is the only reason I post it for you. If you want my Amazing Hotdog Chili it is also on this website..

1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup water
2/3 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
dash of Worcestershire sauce

In a large sauce pan put the water and ground beef.  Use a potato or avocado masher to break the meat apart while cooking.  When meat is browned, stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, chili powder, salt, pepper, sugar, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce.  Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat about 20 minutes until chili has thickened.
