Griddle breakfast sandwich.
Olive loaf bread buttered on both side. Add grated cheese. Fry a egg and lay it the bread. Add 3 slices of Canadian bacon and more cheese.
Sprinkle on both sides of the bread more grated cheese to get a crispier and nice color on the crust.
On a medium preheated griddle pan or skillet carefully lay this stuffed sandwich and flip after about 2 minutes. Slice and enjoy with a cup of coffee or cocoa.
