Grannies Lemon Lush Pie 

First Layer:
1 ½ sticks of margarine
1 ½ cup flour
½ to 1 cup chopped pecans
Mix and press into pie pans, bake for 20 minutes in oven at 350’ or until golden brown. Set aside to let cool.

Second Layer:
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup of cool whip
Blend well in mixer or with hand mixer, spread over cooled crust.

Third Layer:
2 packages instant lemon pudding. (I use sugar-free pudding)
3 cup milk
Spread over second layer.

Ready to serve. This will make two pies in regular size pie pans or one 1 8×13 baking dish.

Refrigerate after serving

Cindy Webster I love this recipe. I also make it but use walnuts instead. I am going to use a lemon pie filling next time I make it so I get more lemon taste tho. Have a great day.
