Crock Pot Hot Cocoa Cake
Ingredients:
cooking spray
2 cups milk
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 cups water
3 large eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 box cook and serve chocolate pudding
mini marshmellows (optional)
chocolate syrup (optional)
Directions:
1) spray crock pot with cooking spray; set aside. Heat milk in small sauce pan on high heat unil almost to a boil; set aside.
2) in a large bowl mix together cake mix, water, eggs, and oil. Mix with hand mixer on medium speed for two minutes
3) transfer batter into crock pot, sprinkle pudding mix on top, slowly pour in warm milk
4) cover and cook on low for 4 hours (do not lift lid for first 3 hours)
5) turn off crock pot and sprinkle mini marshmellows on top; cover with a lid for 5 minutes to melt
6) serve warm; add more marshmellows and chocolate syrup
**wish I had a scoop of vanilla ice cream**
