Cheesy Kielbasa Hash

Cheddar Cheese
2 cups Chicken Broth
2 regular cans Cream Of Chicken Soup
1 2lb bag Frozen Southern Hash Browns
Smoked Sausage , Kielbasa, Regular and or Cajun (your choice- a mixture is nice too)
Chives -optional

Brown your sliced kielbasa first for maximum taste and appearance

Add to Crock pot, all ingredients and scrape all meat and juices from your browned kielbasa.
Save half of your cheese .. cook 2-3 hours, stir add in rest of cheese let melt and serve with chives

Can be doubled .. I recommend you double it if your family is big eaters. It seems to go fast!

This recipe is good as a soup or thick like a chowder
Make it like you would enjoy it most
