Canned Tomato Soup
4 Cups Chopped Tomato
1 1/2 Cups Chopped Onion
2 Stalks Chopped Celery
2 Bay Leafs
Cook till Celery and Onion are soft.

Run through Food Mill
add to the Juice:
1 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
4 Tablespoon Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

Melt 3/4 Cup Flour

(1 1/2 Stick) Butter in pan over Low Heat,

Sift in 3/4 Cup Flour

Make a Paste then Add 2 Cups of your Juice,stirring well.

Then Add this back to your remaining juice.

Heat till Warm
Put in Hot Jars and Process in a Hot Water Bath for 45 mi
