Here it is!! I so wish I could take good photos!!!
It is ‘sort of’ Dawn’s recipe. I sliced the chicken breast, pounded it (with a rachel ray knife – I don’t have a meat tenderizer), chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped broccoli, sliced tomatoe – italian seasoning and garlic on top, drizzled some Avacodo oil on top, melted some cheese when it was done – served with a baked potato smothered in brown gravy.
