a bread pudding recipe out of the Mennonite cookbook that has a lot of really good recipes in it.
2 and 1/2 cups milk
2 beaten eggs
2 cups bread cubes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins

Combine milk and eggs. Pour over bread cubes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Delicious with nuts.

Sounds easy enough…don’t ya think?
