Broccoli Cornbread

4 eggs beaten

1 c. chedder cheese shredded
8 oz. cottage cheese

1 med. onion diced
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pkg. thawed frozen chopped broccoli (I use fresh broccoli)
Mix together then add a 7.5 oz. pkg of juffy cornmuffin mix. mix well, bake at 400 for 25 min. let cool 20 min. before cutting.
Store leftovers (if there are any) in the refrigerator)
