okay so I had 2 large frozen beef rib steaks in my freezer that were close to freezer burn but not quite.. I had to use it up..

I decided to throw it into the crock pot for maximum tenderness and add in 2 pounds of my cubed deer steak I had frozen as well

add two beef bullion cubes

1 1/2 cups water

one chopped onion

throw it all in there frozen..

add 1/2 tsp salt, tsp  pepper, and garlic powder … (I use a lot of fresh minced garlic but this time I used garlic powder and a lot.. about 2 tsp )

put lid on and on low, and go to bed..  next day it is ready for you to pull out the bones from the rib steak

put meat on warm till supper time..  before supper boil some egg noodles till aldente

drain and add salt and butter to your noodles… parmesan cheese is a plus while warm as well if you have it

now add your meat..

, remember to take out those bones..  be sure to use the juices from the meat
