So this is just like you make Baked Ziti almost.. (you can find my baked Ziti recipe on this website as well) only difference in this dish is I am using cream cheese in place of the ricotta.. and I am using Rigatoni noodles.

BAKED RIGATONI

cut you a small onion up small

about three cloves of garlic minced

put in large pan with a little oil.. and stir as to not burn the garlic.. soon as you smell garlic add your ground chuck


brown and drain


put meat back in pan and add one can of Hunts brand or Contadina brand Tomato Sauce fill up can with water half way and add to pan


Now one can of Tomato Paste making sure you get it all out.. fill up can twice with water and add to the pan stir and let simmer



add in basil, oregano and parsley flakes


add salt and pepper, and a good amount of grated parmesan cheese


let simmer

you should have your rigatoni boiled to aldente take out and drain

put back in hot pot and add one softened cream cheese salt and pepper and a little parmesan cheese.. stir


pour into your heavy baking dish.. (regular pan works fine too)


Now sprinkle with half a bag of shredded mozzarella cheese

pour over  your sauce


sprinkle with parmesan cheese and add rest of mozzarella cheese


put in 350 degree oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes


and take out and let set..


 

serve  with green beans or corn
