1 16 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained.

3 eggs well beaten

3/4 cup sugar

4 tbsp cornstarch




Combine pineapple with eggs. Mix sugar and cornstarch together add to egg and pineapple mixture. Mix well Pour into 1 quart baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 45 – 60 minutes. or until firm and brown. Serves 6
