APPLE CRISP


apple crisp: 5 apples peeled & sliced, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon…topping: 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 unbeaten egg, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/3 cup melted butter…place apples in deep baking dish sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. mix topping ingredients together execpt butter blend well. put over apples. drizzle butter over this. sprinkle with cinnamon. bake 375* for 40 minu
