SIMPLE BLACKBERRY FRUIT COBBLER

melt 2 sticks of butter  the butter in the pan , I used a 9×13

2 cups sugar

2 cups self rising flour

2 cups milk

4 cups blackberries, mine were frozen from last summer.

put in 350 oven.

Add butter to pan and let melt in oven. While melting mix flour, sugar and milk together.

Remove pan from oven and pour the batter over the butter

. Top with blackberries and sprinkle with a little additional sugar. 2 to 3 tbsp. I cooked mine for about 45 minutes and was much better after refrigerated overnight.
