Rosemary garlic chicken cooked in my nu-wave oven!

I just put some rosemary garlic spice on it and cooked it in the nu-wave… in the last 5 mins I added some olive oil and italian dressing mixed together and brushed it on top to get the nice brown crispy skin… I did chicken thighs… my hubby likes them the best….
  • Debbie Fann Young yes! I really love it… it cook even and you can brown chicken just like it was fried too… I like to do chicken legs in it with BBQ sauce…. and hot wings… I used to hate to do wings cause the way I cooked them were really good but took so long to do… but in the nu-wave they get really crispy and the fat on the wings get so brown… and I just add my hot sauce the last 5 mins… the wings are the bomb in it!…. you can even bake cakes cornbread and just do about anything in it…. I just don’t like to keep it out on the counter… it is too big to leave out… and Serena you can do deer jerky or like your hubby did today… that would work great for him to do it in…. and save your oven for you!…. I like it in the summer too… just like grilling but inside… and if I use it in the summer… no hot oven on to heat up the kitchen…
  • Serena Adkins Ellison oh no.. you talked me into getting one LOL I need one now..
  • Debbie Fann Young well my hubby got mine for me for christmas 3 yrs ago… my cousin Jeanie Toney… had one and was telling me about it… her hubby hunts and she has cooked wild turkeys in hers! she said they are great… and you can go right from the freezer with a whole frozen bird and put it in there and cook it from frozen.. They had them at that cooking store in the mall… and they were about 99.00 dollars…. you get a DVD with it to show you what you can do in it and a cookbook too… the book has what you can cook and how long to cook it… you would love it…. and with a lot of people at your house you can cook stuff in this and have your oven for other stuff…
  • Serena Adkins Ellison I needed another oven TODAY.. LOL I had to wait for the oven to free up when Paul was making his summer sausages
they took EIGHT HOURS .. I so needed this
