Okay so this soup is perfect for the mom on the go…. today I had to work and I knew I was making some cheesy burgers when I got home but I thought if I had the soup done already things would go smoother… problem was I was in a hurry and only had about 20 minutes to fix this amazing soup before I went back to work… LOL… Sooo I came up with this … it is easy, (as part of it came from a can) and it tastes amazing.. (no one would ever know it was Semi-Homemade)

Serena’s Semi-Homemade Chicken and Broccoli Soup

2 (26 oz.) cans Condensed Chicken with Rice (Family Size)

orzo noodles (any small noodle really, I used what I had..)

1 half onion chopped small

2 stalks + leaves of Celery chopped

1 large clove of garlic minced

1 bag broccoli

Salt and Pepper

Water

Pour your two large family size cans of soup into your crock pot… have crock pot setting on WARM.. do not add water or anything at this point

Chop your veggies

and add broccoli and noodles and veggies  to pot of water… bring to boil on stove

add pepper and salt

Boil until your noodles are tender.. wont take long..

now simply Pour your pot of veggies, water and all into your crock pot..

remember setting should be on WARM..you don’t want your noodles to be swollen to the moon….

now  TASTE and you salt and pepper as needed….. and go.

Done, the kids will come home to a warm tasty filling soup
