Leg quarters seasoned with Mrs Dash and baked or seasoned with Zatarains creole seasoning, baked and add slices of onions and green bell peppers the last 15 to 20 minutes of baking.
Chicken breasts or tenderloin coated with planko that is seasoned with Zatarains creole seasoning and fried.
