Cream of broccoli soup (weight watcher) 4 points 1 cup

Tsp unsalted butter
1 med onion chopped
20 oz chopped cooked broccoli
3 cans cream of potato soup
4 cups f/f skim milk
3/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese
1/8 cayenne pepper( I use a little crush red pepper)
Tsp salt

Melt butter add onions cook about 8 mins. Stir in broccoli, potato soup then milk cook about 10 mins then add pepper, salt, and cheese cook till cheese is melted.
