Twice cooked Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Use Red Potatoes

keep skin on, wash them cut off any spots or eyes

and cut up red potatoes kinda chunky

boil in water with one chicken bullion cube till soft but still in tact, drain off water

Add butter to hot cast iron skillet,

Season potatoes with dried chives, light garlic powder, salt and pepper

add potato chunks to butter in skillet and toss ..

let them brown a bit flipping them over, and once done shake with Parmesan cheese toss again in the skillet and serve
