1 pkg. (3oz.) Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 t sp. Garlic Powder

3/4 c. Mayonaise

1/8 tsp. Seasoned Salt

1 c. (4oz.) Shredded Cheddar Cheese

10 slices Italian Bread (1/2 inch Thick)

2 Tbsp Butter

1 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and mayo till smooth. Stir in cheeses, garlic, and salt. Spread five slices of bread with cheese mixture, about 1/3 c. on each. Top with remaining bread. Butter the outsides of sandwiches and cook in a large skillet over medium heat till golden brown on both sides.
