SWEET -TOT CHICKEN CASSEROLE

in a Dutch oven I browned me some thin chicken breasts in a tbsp oil. Then I seasoned with Toney’s, black pepper, salt, and paprika and I poured in a Dr Pepper put on the lid and placed in the oven with lid on for an hour

when done the chicken is fall apart tender

I place it in the casserole dish (9×13) and pour lots of Baby Ray’s Honey Mustard over the chicken

I then add sautéed in butter mushrooms (only on half to suit those who don’t like mushrooms)

I then add a little cheddar cheese a little mozzarella cheese put in oven to broil a little to melt the cheese and take out

and I top it off with my freshly air fried tater tots that are crispy,

adding little cheese over top and melt it in the oven under low broil
