Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers
i use cream cheese, garlic, and green onions to stuff the peppers. I slice the peppers length wise to clean them out. stuff them with the cheese/ the batter is 1/2 cup of corn meal, 1 cup of flower and an egg, you can use beer or water for the liquid. dip them into the batter till coted, and drop into hot oil. fry about 6 minutes, set on paper towels to drain. clean out the ribs and seeds to have less spicy peppers. it you want them hot, just leave the seeds and ribs inside when you stuff them!
