Southwest Guacamole

5 each Avocados; Ripe — Peel & Pit
4 each Cloves Garlic — Finely Chopped
1 cup Tomato; Chopped — 1 Medium
1/4 cup Lime Juice
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Makes 3 cups of dip.
