2 lb. frozen southern style hash browns, thaw

 

1/2 c. melted butter

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. salt

1/2 c. chopped onion

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 pt. sour cream

10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
