1 1/2 cups whole milk

1 1/8 cups granulated sugar

3 cups heavy cream

1 1/2 tbsp CLEAR vanilla  extract

In medium mixing bowl use a hand mixer on low speed to combine the milk and sugar till sugar is dissolved.

Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla. Turn your ice cream machine on

and pour the mixture into the freezer bowl. and let mix till thickened about 20-25  minutes.

The ice cream will have a soft creamy texture


. To get a firmer texture you transfer to a airtight container and place in freezer for about 2 hours and remove from freezer 15 minutes or so before serving to loosen ice cream.
