If u have netflix or know someone who does…watch Documentary “fat,Sick, Dying and Nearly dead. ” there are many others (documentaries) that are a huge help. .
“SHREK JUICE” as me & Mountain call it.
1. Kale- 3 leaves
2. Spinach- couple handfulls
3.Carrots- 2 or 3. I use baby carrots and throw a couple hands full in. These add sweatness so be liberal.
4. 1/4 of a cucumber or more
5. Celery- start small, one stalk. This is the strongest “veggie” taste and can make juice harsh, but very important. Add more once u get used to it.
6. Brocoli- 3 or 4 sprouts
7. Ginger root -optional- i use about 1/2 inch per juice.
8. Granny Smith Apples- 1 or 2 for sweatness. Cut these in 1/4’s to make easy on ur juicer.
9. Either or both- 1/2 peeled lemon and/or 1 or 2 peeled oranges (i like manderine, easy to peel)

Add splenda first few times if u need to, but dont give up. U can alter the ingred as much as u want. 5 oranges and 3 apples with strawberries can make u forget that ur drinking kale and spinach but still way better than fries and coke.
