It has been a while since I’ve posted anything here…
Shawn’s Oatmeal Delux Cookie
(Big Formula) Divide by 1/2 for normal Batch.
2 C. Butter.
2 C. Sugar
2 C. Dark Brown Sugar.
4 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp. Mint Extract (Optional)
Combine well, then add…
4 C. Flour
5 C. BLENDED Oatmeal (Food Processor or Blender)
1 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
2 Tbsp Baking Soda
Mix Well, then add…
8 oz Milk Chocolate Chips (Minis)
24 oz. Chocolate Chunk Chips (Semi Sweet)
3 C. Chopped MIXED nuts
Use 1 Tablespoon measure and Roll the Dough into a BALL. place on a cookie sheet 2″ apart and Bake at 375* F for 6 minutes.
Place on cooling rack and enjoy
