I used 8-10 egg yolks

1 3/4 cup white sugar

1 cup milk

a splash of vanilla

In separate cup I mixed a Tbsp cornstarch with equal amount of water till smooth

add to my sugar mixture

3-4 tbsp partially melted butter

whisk together

pour into your sprayed custard or jello ring

Put rack in bottom chamber of your pressure cooker

add 2 cups water

lower y our ring in

oops.. I forgot to add some brown sugar to the top… no need to measure just randomly drop a little around

put on lid and bring pressure to high

time for 8 minutes and when done take out

and invert onto your plate if firm

can serve hot or cold

Serving hot today with ice cream.. (best with vanilla bean ice cream and strawberries with sauce but we were out so we made due)
