1 pound Jimmy Dean sausage (I use mild but if you like it hot, you can spice it up a bit)

1 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese

1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes ( I use mild but you can spice it up)

Brown sausage and drain really good, take about 8 – 10 paper towels and really dry this sausage out and get as much grease out as you can.

In medium bowl, mix together softened cream cheese and Rotel tomatoes (be careful this will splash) Add sausage and mix well. Serve with Tostitos Scoops or Frito Scoops or any corn chip of your choice
