HOMEMADE KALE CHIPS

Recipe: 1 bunch of Kale washed and dried well. Remove ribs from Kale and place on a cookie sheet. Don’t over crowd your pan. When the sheet is full. Spray or drizzle olive oil to coat lightly. Sprinkle with garlic powder and your favorite season salt. In a preheated 425 degree oven bake for 8-12 minutes depending on your oven. They are crispy and delicious. Great substitute for chips. Kale is rich in vitamins and minerals and very high in Calcium. I have added Parmesan cheese to them prior to baking and they are yummy too. You can add any seasoning. Once cooled completely store in a airtight container. That is if you can help eating them all. Low calorie snack and a great way to pack in your veggies. 🙂 Enjoy
